Shipping
Free shipping to residences within Oregon & Washington. After promotion ends, customers will receive free shipping with a $35 minimum order OR pay $10 to ship. All flat rate orders will receive ground shipping of 2-3 days (excluding weekends) from Portland to locations in/around the Pacific Northwest and 5-7 days within the United States with a rate of $25 for orders under $100. A $15 lightweight shipping option will be used at the store's discretion and may be refuted. Same day delivery is available for the Portland Metro Area at a rate of $20 (some exclusions apply). Please contact us directly for all other expedited shipping requests and any orders located outside of the U.S. for availability.
Return Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase from us, simply return it for a full refund. All returns & exchanges must be new, unopened and within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Exemptions: Climbing Equipment, Food, and First Aid Kits are not returnable for your own safety. Bathing suits without the protective strip are also excluded. Do not use the manufacturers packaging as the return box. Shipping costs are not refundable after being sent.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days of our receiving the return. Please note, it can take some credit cards 7-10 days to post this to your account. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items.
